The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection.
All costs required to access the Site (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.

A Partner Advisor will contact the User within 24 to 48 business hours, by phone or email, to discuss their situation and needs.
The connection service is completely free for the User. No fees will be charged by TheSmartDad to the User.
Partner Advisors are paid by insurance companies when the User takes out a contract. This remuneration does not result in any additional cost to the User.
The User is under no obligation to take out an insurance contract after being contacted by a Partner Advisor.
The User is free to accept or refuse the proposals made by the Partner Advisor.
The User may at any time end the relationship with the Partner Advisor by informing them of their wish to no longer be contacted.
